Experience Costa Rica´s wonderful InBio Parque in the heart of San Jose, a vast and beautiful environmental theme park exhibiting fascinating and diverse flora and fauna, and offering many attractions, exhibits and shows. A 15 minute audio/visual presentation provides a complete overview of how Costa Rica has utilized biodiversity, and many exhibits throughout the park let you experience how it feels to walk through a humid rain forest, a tropical dry forest and lush wetlands.
Follow adventure trails that give you the look and feel of an outdoor adventure, where you will see white-tailed deer, three-toed sloths, iguanas, snapping turtles and more. Along the way, you will discover woodpeckers, blue/gray tanagers, hummingbirds, and the most amazing permanent live exhibits of frogs, insects, small animals and orchids you can possibly imagine.
One of the most attractive sites is a gorgeous lagoon where you will enjoy viewing different species through underwater glass and see native fresh water fish that live in Costa Rica´s wetlands. In the immense butterfly garden, you will be surrounded by beautiful butterflies fluttering around you. You will be amazed at a wonderful sound and light presentation depicting Costa Rica´s wild protected areas.
