A trip to beautiful Costa Rica is not complete without enjoying a wonderful cruise and tour of the famous Tortuga Island in the Puntarenas area. The Tortuga Island tour combines an enjoyable yacht trip with memorable fun in the sun on a tropical island just off the coast.
From San Jose, you will enjoy a scenic drive to the Pacific port town of Puntarenas. There, you will board the luxury yacht Calypso for the cruise across the Gulf of Nicoya to Tortuga Island. The crew will serve delicious tropical drinks and exotic fruits during the trip.
The full-day tour travels past islands such as Sugar Loaf and San Lucas on your way to Isla Tortuga (Turtle Island).
Tortuga is a tropical island with a magnificent white-sand beach and inviting, clear blue waters. You will have plenty of time for snorkeling, swimming, kayaking, exploring, lounging on the beach, playing volleyball with the crew or just relaxing to the sound of waves gently breaking on the sand. A delicious buffet lunch and wine will be served on the beach. You will return to San Jose in the late afternoon.
